  21. Extracting CUG volume 383:
  22.  
  23. Copy merge.exe, pkunzip.exe, vglsplit.000 from disk#1 into a DOS
  24. subdirectory.
  25.  
  26. Also copy vglsplit.001 and vgl2.zip from disk#2 into the same DOS
  27. subdirectory.
  28.  
  29. Merge vglsplit.000 and vglsplit.001 into a single .zip file by typing:

  31.     Merge vglsplit vgl1.zip
  32.  
  33. This command will combine files vglsplit.000 and vglsplit.001 into
  34. zipfile vgl1.zip
  35.  
  36. Unzip the contents of vgl1.zip and vgl2.zip by typing:

  38.     pkunzip vgl1.zip
  39.  
  40. and
  41.  
  42.     pkunzip vgl2.zip
  43.  
  44. (Note: vgl2.zip contains a file named readme.txt, not to be confused with
  45. readme.1st, which you are currently reading.  Consult readme.txt for
